At MVNSEF our mission is to support a vibrant Nordic ski community in the Methow Valley. Usually that involves bringing people together to challenge themselves and share the joy of our sport and the outdoors. Right now, our broader human community is facing a greater challenge which supersedes our mission, and the challenge for us as individuals is to avoid coming together in order to be stewards of our community. Our programs and events – few as they are this time of year – are on hold until a later date when it is deemed appropriate. Until then, we encourage all our members and friends to stay healthy by following the guidelines of local, state and national health authorities, and to recreate responsibly by following the rules put in place by land managers.
