Silver Star, B.C. provides world class facilities, perfectly groomed trails and reliable early season snow.  Light crowds and lower elevation makes for ideal training. Improve your skiing in a 4 ½  day on snow Nordic Training Camp with the Methow Valley Nordic Team. This camp combines over-distance workouts, speed and the right combination of intensity workouts to jump start your winter racing season. The Methow Valley Nordic Team annual early season on snow camp provides regional PNSA skiers a mix of morning and afternoon on snow practices, both skate and classic skiing, trail passes, all meals, possible transportation from Winthrop & back and wax.

Cost: $450-$500 (cost depends on the number of sign-ups).  Rest assured, our goal is to provide world class training for the absolute lowest cost possible.

Directions: Van from Winthrop to Silver Star BC will either travel on the 21st for early snow seekers or possibly on the 23rd.  We will try to help you find transportation for the camp start on the 23rd.

U14 Skiers: U14 Skiers are welcomed.  This year we have TWO options for U14 skiers: 1) Train 8 sessions with the group (WE aft-SU morning) for $150.  Or 2) do the usual TH-FR-SA single workout (earlier in the day than in the past) Cost: $60    Parents are required to chaperone, transport, buy trail passes and provide housing for the U14 skiers.

U16 on up Skiers Housing on your own: cost $200 for coaching and waxing only.  Come up with your own family and housing but join our group for the ski sessions.  Trail pass not included.
