Held annually for over two decades, the Methow Valley Summer Training camp brings skiers from across the region together for a final opportunity to gather with friends to train hard in a beautiful setting, before returning to the books and a new school year. Rollerskiing, trail running, bounding and strength workouts comprise the four and a half days of training alongside your regional teammates.

For 2023 we’re scheduled to return to the Methow Valley exploring an array of training opportunities with friends and teammates.

August 13-17, 2023

This camp is meant for U16+ skiers, but we welcome experienced and excited 2nd year U14s. Email Pete (pete@mvnsef.org) with questions as it is a big week of activity with double sessions or one long day filling the slate for an anticipated range of 10.5 to 15 hours of training.

Bring your own sleeping bag, pad and personal sleepwear, camp eating utensils (plate and/or bowl, cup, spoon) along with all other training gear (running shoes, bounding poles, rollerski equipment (rollerskis, boots, poles, hi-vis shirt(s)), water carrier for short and long outings, personal choice snacks, etc.).  Campers will sleep in tents – typically a few teammates sharing one tent.  Be in touch if you are in need of any camping gear as we may be able to help.

Register here.  The camp will be limited to the first 40 registrants.
